An ownhost.net customer may request a refund of the hosting and hosting products they purchased within 15 days from the date of sale, without giving any excuse.
Unconditional refund terms apply only to newly purchased hosting packages. Products and services such as license, domain and SSL, as well as renewal payments, are outside the scope of the refund.
If the customer has a refund request, they are obliged to notify this request to ownhost.net customer service via email.
Ownhost.net may carry out the refund as a wire transfer, EFT, cash, or a partial refund of the credit card transaction. In refund transactions, the refund will be made to the source determined by ownhost.net, after deducting the costs required for the refund process.
